Regional Change Manager - Beavercreek, OH
Key Role:
Work with Air Force subject matter experts on process redesign teams to consider the organization and implications of the new processes. Lead the process redesign teams in defining the new or changed organization, job, skill, and training requirements and work with the appropriate functional parts of the parent organization to implement those changes in time for the process changes to take effect. Ensure that the line organizations will be ready to implement designed changes, participate in hands-on redesign work, and lead the team in such projects. Direct the implementation of new organizations, roles, job designs, skill mapping, and training. Provide specialized knowledge in one or more organizational change areas, including training, communications, performance management, rewards and recognition, job and organization design, competency analysis, virtual organizations, leadership development, cultural transformation, or others as needed in a customer or client situation. Provide oversight to ensure that work products and interventions integrate successfully with existing planned technology timeframes an d present input on risks, impact, timeframe, and the cost of change requests to achieve the desired future state. Show awareness of profitability needs an d provide analysis to facilitate the management of costs for specific projects or a designated scope of authority.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with organizational change management activities in large, complex organizations
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-6 years of experience with leading a small to mid-size group of field agents, experienced, highly independent professionals responsible for change management activities at a set of local sites within their region
-6 years of experience with applying standard methods at a high level of disciplinary action
-6 years of experience with meeting and satisfying rigorous reporting requirements
-6 years of experience with modern IT applications, including ERP, e-Procurement, CRM, SRM, and APS for logistics management
-6 years of experience with interacting with senior leaders, management, and site officials within assigned territory to effectively provide direction, consultation, communication, or information regarding the program
-4-6 years of experience with working and collaborating as part of a team with rapidly evolving activities and moving deliverable dates
-4-6 years of experience as a field agent for a territory of sites
-4-6 years of experience with working closely with the local participation lead to develop standard methods that will be applied by all field agents and change agents in the program
-2+ years of experience with travel to sites for oversight and coordination
-Ability to receive buy-in about the importance of change management activities required for successful deployment
-Must have BS degree and Masters degree is a plus.
