Imagery Scientist - Charlottesville, VA
This individual shall provide quality control and generally oversee the work efforts of the Imagery team. The Senior Image Scientist shall work closely with the Government appointed Team Leads, Branch and Division Chiefs, and Senior Government Scientific personnel to ensure that high quality and timely intelligence products are delivered to the customer. In addition to the aforementioned duties, the Senior Image Scientist will also be charged with performing the duties of an Image Scientist.
Will routinely perform processing and exploitation of Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Data to include (but not limited to) Spectral (both multi and hyperspectral), Thermal, and Synthetic Aperture Radar data. In addition to processing and exploitation, shall write draft intelligence assessments, informal intelligence reports an d produce annotated graphical products, based upon the analysis performed. This individual will also be charged with answering general questions on the phenomenology of AGI data collection systems.
