Nationwide Recruiting
Ramsey Consulting is a member of Inter-City Personnel Associates (IPA),
which is an organization made up of over 300 of the best recruiting
firms in the US. In order to become an IPA affiliate, the recruiter
must have two years experience working in or ownership of a permanent
placement/recruiting firm. If the owner has less than two years experience
in a permanent placement firm, the owner must be approved by IPA management.
The advantages of this organization is that IPA members get to share
the same database of open job orders and potential candidates with 300
top recruiting agencies in the nation. For instance, if a local candidate
desires to relocate to Houston, Texas, we would conduct a search in
our IPA database for all available positions in the Houston area. Similarly,
if our client is seeking a candidate with specific qualifications, we
can easily uncover a candidate with the client's requirements through
this network.
